You’ll…
- lead a team of Assessors who make students get the right exam access arrangements.
- screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools and parents where need be
- keep up to date with changes to JCQ regulations and make sure they’re implemented
- manage student referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements
- delivering training and share your expertise with staff across the college
- be happy to muck in with college life (e.g. open events, invigilation)
You’ll need to be…
- thorough and meticulous, with a real eye for detail
- proactive, organised and methodical
- passionate about supporting students
- experienced at assessing students for exam access arrangements
- a great communicator with excellent IT skills
- qualified with a Level 7 Assessor Award
- £1,000 golden hello payable at the end of year 1 and year 2. Must be employed in this role at Exeter College at the time of payment.
