About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable A-Level Physics Paper Marker to urgently assist with marking 6 AQA A-Level Physics exam papers. The role requires someone with strong subject expertise, attention to detail, and familiarity with exam-style marking.
If the initial marking is carried out to a high standard, there will be opportunities for further exam marking and potentially private tutoring work.
Responsibilities
- Mark 6 A-Level Physics exam papers promptly and accurately.
- Apply consistent and fair marking, following exam-style expectations.
- Provide brief written feedback where necessary.
- Communicate progress and completion within agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in AQA A-Level Physics (essential).
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or exam marking (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and meet urgent deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Contract Details
- Immediate start required.
- Remote, flexible working hours, but quick turnaround is essential.
- Competitive pay per paper, to be discussed based on experience.
- Scope for ongoing marking and tutoring opportunities if successful.
