Key Responsibilities - As an Engagement Tutors
- Personalised Tutoring - Deliver engaging, one-to-one lessons tailored to the specific needs of your students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with families and teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans.
- Monitoring Progress - Track student development, and provide constructive feedback to boost their confidence.

Qualifications - What Lexia Education Services require
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - A recognised teaching qualification is required.
- Passionate Individuals - A genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs in education.
- Relevant Experience - At least 3 years of teaching experience (not essential).
- Communication Skills - Strong ability to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
