£31,067 - £34,314 pro rata per year. Bilingual teaching is a Welsh Government requirement within the Adult Community Learning Grant. Lifelong learning will be employing a Welsh speaking Tutor to ensure we deliver on this Welsh Government priority. This post is to teach three Adult Community Learning classes (two hours per class) through the medium of Welsh. 30 weeks per annum during term time.

Lifelong Learning provides adult education classes across Swansea. Skills to include experience of teaching bilingually as a fluent Welsh speaker. Essential skills include teaching experience and teaching qualification.
The role includes:
- Prepare, deliver or facilitate sessions/programmes according to prescribed or negotiated models.
- Select, adapt and use appropriate, varied approaches and methods of presentation.
- Maintain records for monitoring, accreditation and evaluation purposes.
- Maintain quality standards and promote equal opportunities in accordance with Lifelong Learning Service policies and procedures.
- Work with the manager to develop new programmes for learning including accreditation where appropriate.
