Fluent English is essential, with additional languages highly valued.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers in busy, central Edinburgh locations to promote unique culinary experiences.
- Provide clear and persuasive explanations of our gastronomic services, generating interest and securing sales.
- Quickly and professionally establish connections with diverse audiences.
- Represent our brand positively and energetically, delivering exceptional customer interactions.
- Attend initial training provided by the company to develop effective communication and sales techniques.
- Maintain a professional appearance using partially provided branded attire and company-supplied promotional materials necessary for the role.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (essential); additional language skills are advantageous.
- Confident, proactive approach to interacting with the public.
- Ability to manage own schedule with flexibility, working independently and showing initiative.
- Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for Edinburgh’s culinary and cultural offerings.
