Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for babies in our care. We are a teaching nursery so you will be expected to lead a lesson.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of high-quality care and education for babies in the nursery
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress
- Demonstrate leadership skills in managing daily activities within the baby room
- Implement engaging activities to support babies' development
- Utilise experience working with children to create a stimulating and safe environment
- Manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of each baby
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities to lead a team effectively
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Passion for working with babies and supporting their growth and development
Requirements:
- Advanced DBS ( we can help you with this)
- Applicant to be 18 + years old
- Paediatric First Aid (we have a group session booked for mid September)
- Precious experience in an Early Years setting, working with ages 9months - 4years is beneficial
- Right to work in place
- Great English language skills
