About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Apprenticeship Office as a University Apprenticeship Recruitment and Administration Co-ordinator. This is a pivotal role supporting the recruitment and administration of our growing Higher and Degree Apprenticeship provision.
You will work collaboratively across departments and with external partners to ensure robust systems and processes are in place, supporting compliance with university policies and external regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes and an excellent experience for apprentices and employers alike.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with:
- A strong understanding of apprenticeship recruitment and compliance
- Experience managing administrative systems in an educational or similar setting
- Excellent organisational, communication, and data management skills
- The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive approach to process improvement and quality assurance
Experience in audits, working with apprenticeship regulators, and supporting data-driven decision-making will be highly valued.
