Enthusiastic, reliable candidate required to join the team. Recent Dessert shop experience is an advantage.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Working effectively within a team with ability to carry out instructions
- Various preparations including bubble tea, milkshakes, waffles, crepes, cookie dough and gelato to a high standard
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintain repeat customer retention
- Complete shop maintenance duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Maintaining regular cleaning duties throughout the day
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Food preparation & handling: 2 years (Required)
- Dessert shop experience: 2 Years (Preferred)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
