We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Dessert Bar Team Leader to join our site on St James Road, Glasgow G4 0PS.

The role involves:
- Ensuring the team provides excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting the manager in maintaining and managing front and back of house
- Preparing and quality checking of Desserts/Food prepared by colleagues
- Securing and exceeding store sales, including upselling
- Assisting with training and developing the team
- Building strong customer relationships to continue growth and
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
About you:
- Management experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to take your own initiative
- A role model to your team through your leadership skills
- A passion for providing the highest level of customer experience
- Driven to achieve business goals in an efficient and effective manner
- Able to analyse figures and execute plans accordingly
- A positive and dynamic attitude in order to constantly progress

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Experience:
- Food safety: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Food management: 1 year (preferred)
