Bar Supervisor – FW Industries Group | Bolton Bars & Nightclubs
FW Industries Group is looking for a motivated, experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team across a collection of busy bars and nightclubs in Bolton.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with strong bar experience and preferably previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
About the Role:
As Bar Supervisor, you'll support the management team in the day-to-day running of the venue(s), ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and a fun, safe environment for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising bar operations during shifts, including staff coordination and service standards
- Leading by example on the bar – serving drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining pace
- Supporting training and mentoring of bar staff
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Handling customer issues or complaints professionally and efficiently
- Assisting with stock control, deliveries, and daily cashing-up procedures
- Maintaining a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere on busy nights
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven bar experience in a fast-paced environment (essential)
- Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confidence in dealing with customers and leading a team
- Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and late nights
- A passion for nightlife, service, and high standards

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
