What You’ll Do:
- Provide a 5-star welcome to all patients
- Book, manage and coordinate appointments using Dentally (or similar)
- Handle payments, treatment planning and patient enquiries
- Present finance/payment options professionally
- Maintain smooth front-desk operations and assist clinicians as needed
- Support the practice’s social media presence by posting or managing content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year experience in dental/medical/hospitality reception
- Well-spoken, confident and organised
- Experience with social media platforms – posting, stories, basic content creation
- Friendly and professional, with a passion for customer care
- Works well under pressure, can think ahead and problem-solve
- Tech-savvy and familiar with booking systems
Desirable (but not essential):
- Familiar with Dentally or similar PMS
- Background in private/cosmetic dentistry or high-end service environments
- Sales experience or knowledge of Invisalign, whitening or implants
- Creative with Instagram Reels, captions, Canva or video content
