About the Role
We are seeking reliable and professional Daytime Mobile Security Officers to join our operations team. This is a daytime role on a 4 on / 4 off rota, where you’ll be the face of our company — carrying out patrols, alarm response and security checks to ensure our clients’ premises remain safe and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to alarm activations and emergency call-outs.
- Carry out mobile patrols across client sites to deter and detect suspicious activity.
- Conduct vacant property inspections, lock/unlock services and access requests.
- Perform vehicle safety checks and ensure accurate use of equipment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, reports and operational logs.
- Represent the company professionally during client visits, surveys and inspections.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, proactive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in mobile security, keyholding and alarm response (preferred).
- Valid SIA Frontline Licence.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
- Physically fit and comfortable working on foot or from a vehicle.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Working Hours
- 4 days on / 4 days off (day shifts only).
- Shift times: 07:00 – 19:00.
- Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays as part of the rota.
Additional Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- 5-year checkable work/background history required.
