Ludlow Farmshop supports traditional production methods, with six departments making great tasting products, such as cheese, ice cream, coffee, pastries, cakes, biscuits, jams and pickles, as well as a famous Butchery department. Using as much produce from our own estate, we also support other local suppliers, who have the same ethos as us. Full and part time General Production Assistants are required to support both Bakery & Production Kitchen, to produce our range of cakes, biscuits, salads, pates, cooked meats and sandwiches. sold in Ludlow Farmshop, Ludlow Kitchen, Ludlow Pantry & The Clive Arms. The day starts early, with shifts starting at 5am, 6.30am and 9am and weekend working is required on a rota basis. The ideal candidate will have general catering experience but full training will be given.
