An important and challenging physical role that requires meticulous standards, a strong service ethos and pride in work and relationships. Your responsibilities will be to efficiently clean cookery equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery to a high standard whilst maintaining a steady supply to kitchen and front of house teams. More broadly your work will make a strong contribution to the overall success and reputation of our kitchen, working collaboratively with our chefs to support outstanding eating experiences.
For the right person we can also provide additional responsibilities and opportunities to develop - this is a rewarding and essential role for the right person. This is a weekend role, working every Saturday and Sunday. Shifts are daytime only, generally 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.
