What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead data migration delivery for D365 CRM, F&O, BC, and beyond
- Design and build robust ETL pipelines using SSIS, ADF, KingswaySoft
- Translate business needs into clean, actionable migration plans
- Guide teams, mentor engineers, and ensure technical excellence
- Work closely with delivery managers and clients to keep projects on track
- Improve internal tooling and drive innovation across the data service
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics data migration
- Expert in ETL tools and pipeline design
- Strong leadership across multiple workstreams/projects
- Confident with Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Hands-on with data from SQL, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Passion for clean data, clear plans, and great outcomes
