- £27,000 base + uncapped commission

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be the first touchpoint for potential clients—qualifying leads, sparking interest, and helping drive business growth in a dynamic financial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls & respond to inbound inquiries
- Engage potential clients to understand their needs
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales/advisory teams
- Update CRM records and meet achievable KPIs
- Earn uncapped commission for hitting targets
- Confident, clear communicator
- Comfortable on the phone and handling objections
- Ambitious, resilient, and positive
- Previous sales or lead gen experience is a bonus—but not required
- Hungry to learn and succeed
- £27k base salary + uncapped commission & bonuses
