We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our web sales team based at our Broadway office as a Customer Service & Web Sales Assistant
Due to our expanding online presence we now need to recruit someone to join our Web and online sales team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude and a confident approach to dealing with customer requests and queries. The hours of work are 40 per week spread to be over 5 days, and you will need to be willing and able to work flexibly and occasional weekends in order to cover for busier periods.
In return we offer a competitive salary of up to £12.21 per hour depending on age and experience
Duties include:
Answering customer service calls and emails and dealing with queries
Monitoring web sales across the dispatching stores
Monitoring of shipping accounts
Picking and packing parcels
Processing of customer returns, organising replacements or refunds as necessary, and keep accurate records of items returned or lost in transit
Assisting product upload to websites
Monitoring supply of sundries
Communicating with stores to arrange stock transfers
Key skills and requirements:
A polite well-spoken phone manner
Confidence in dealing with customer requests and queries via telephone and email
Experience and confidence with computers systems
A can-do attitude and a proactive approach in finding solutions and problem solving
You will need to be diligent, efficient and able to get involved as the role will require some physical moving of boxes of stock and some heavy lifting
Good prioritizing and time-keeping skills in order to meet daily courier collections
