First Paige Printers has been established since 1979.

A high street printers in which provide helpful, face to face advice to our many customers throughout Malvern & Worcestershire for our range of digital print services.

We are looking for somebody who is responsible, can deal with pressure when needed, organised, someone who enjoys keeping busy and who can work as part of a team and also on their own.

• A varied role including serving customers in the shop and helping them receive our services and developing a broad knowledge of the various tasks undertaken in a busy instant print shop.
• Able to demonstrate ability to work to deadlines, and good communication and organisational skills with colleagues and clients.
• Responsible for tracking of customer jobs in our system using 'Trello'.
• Using the copy/printing machines and computer for administration.
• Good computer skills necessary and some experience in graphics would be an advantage but not essential, some experience of general social media & website applications. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, google business is helpful, some training will be provided on platforms unfamiliar with.

Main duties:

• Keeping track of jobs in the system, inserted into ‘Trello’.
• Able to post social media onto our chosen platforms, and in time, edit our website.
• Serving customers in our shop.
• Using the telephone, taking messages, dealing with email, forwarding any print enquiries/quotes to colleagues.
• Taking payment/deposits and using the till.

Other duties

• Making customers feel welcome.
• Keeping yourself professional and presentable in a business environment (smart/casual attire)
• General administrative duties in an office and shop environment.
• Using your own initiative, and generally pitching in with the rest of the staff in the day to day duties involved.
• Learning up and gaining a good knowledge on our price lists and services we offer.
• The role will involve a varied array of skills and is in no way exhaustive in the day to day tasks involved in the business.
