The Role
As a Customer Account Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of their water hygiene and Legionella compliance programmes.
This is a fully office-based role, working closely with our operational teams, compliance department, and field technicians to ensure services are delivered to the highest standards. You’ll also contribute to bespoke reporting, service level agreements, and regular contract reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and act as their trusted advisor.
- Plan and coordinate monitoring, inspection, and remedial works.
- Ensure compliance with ACoP L8 and internal quality standards.
- Liaise with field teams and oversee service delivery remotely.
- Prepare bespoke reports and service documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of client contracts.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management or operational administration, ideally in facilities, compliance, technical services, or the water industry.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical reports and compliance documentation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced office environment
- Knowledge of Legionella control or water hygiene (desirable but not essential).
