We are seeking both full time and part time staff to join our friendly team. We offer authentic Neapolitan style pizza and delicious pasta along with a range of starters/sides and desserts for takeaway and delivery. We have an emphasis on fresh, high quality food and are passionate about quality, innovation and outstanding customer service.
Our counter staff play a crucial role in the business providing customer service, taking orders, processing payments and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. You will serve as the face of the business, welcoming customers, answering questions about the menu and maintaining a clean and organised front of house area.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
