Slice of Greece in Edinburgh, a premium patisserie with handmade and fresh desserts and pies, is looking for Barista/ Counter Assistant. The shop is mainly for takeaways serving coffees and treats from later in the morning till evening.
We are passionate about premium coffee and food and we are looking for a barista to share our enthousiasm and professionalism.
Job Description:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning the front counter
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Knowledge of all coffees
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality/ barista position will be appreciated
- Able to communicate effectively with clients
