Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management
Due to team growth, we are now looking for a Parts Coordinator - PCM to join our Parts Services team within the successful Marine Power division.
The location for the position is in Fareham, UK. This positon is for a 12 month period.

What will you be doing In this position?
Your work will include being the customer contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non – conformities. In this role you will act as a link between the customer and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
As a Parts Coordinator - PCM, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
Your work will include being the customer contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non – conformities. In this role you will act as a link between the customer and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
As a Parts Coordinator - PCM, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements
- Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
- Actively follow up quotes with customers before they expire and provide feedback to Sales team
- Actively follow-up the order book with the Sales team Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs
- Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers
- Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings
- Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Experience in customer service, both internal and external
- The ability to work as part of an effective team
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in the English language, both verbal and written
- Parts Coordination Management related experience would be considered advantageous.
- You will shine in this role, when you have sound organisation skills, cultural awareness and a desire to train and develop others.
