WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Content Coordinator for GB/IE, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer value, strengthening our brand, and driving sales by ensuring that all copy and content used in internal and external communications is polished and impactful. You’ll work towards aligned, cross-functional goals, focusing on omni-channel sales performance and customer-centric strategies.
Key responsibilities include areas such as:
- Ensure all translated copies adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice, delivering relevant and engaging messages for the local market in collaboration with the Copywriter.
- Proofread and approve all assets for owned media channels, print, video, and digital materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with stakeholders and the Regional Production Hub to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- Oversee the publishing of organic social media content for the local social platform (Facebook), ensuring alignment with the regional publishing plan.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Customer Service and the Press Officer to address customer interactions on social media including during crisis situations.
- Write and translate copy for internal communications, including store updates and local customer information on an ad hoc basis.

In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with Content Production Managers, Copywriters and the full Content Operations teams, providing key insights and recommendations.

We are looking for people with…
- Exceptional language and communication skills in English as well as a good visual eye.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple projects as well as time management skills.
- A marketing or copywriting degree (preferred but not required).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Proofreader or as a Copywriter or, with a background in managing social channels—preferably within fashion retail or creative agencies.
- A solid understanding of marketing content strategies and digital channels.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
