We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual, that can predominantly maintain grounds maintenance areas, based in and around the Wolverhampton area on multiple sites. Ideally you will live in theWolverhampton area. All equipment and company uniform, along with full training provided.

What will your day look like?
- We currently have a vacancy for a Property Caretaker, working inbetween mobile sites in theWolverhampton area.
- Core working hours are 8:00am to 4.30pm on site, Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required. You are required to travel to and from the site outside of these hours.
- You will carry out Garden Maintenance and basic repairs, Cleaning task, and adhoc works, and have the capacity to perform minor maintenance, No Trade Qualifications Required.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- To maintain and update records of activities using mobile apps.
What makes a successful Property Caretaker?
- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as you will be required to occasionaly use a Company van as a tool of the job).
