Job Overview:
To obtain, maintain and document regulatory and compliance certifications for The West Group Products. Actively promote compliance and Quality throughout the organisation. Be aware of company and departmental objectives, targets and measurements and assist in the delivery of those targets.
Job Responsibilities:
· Conducts supplier outreach to collect data in the form of Material Declaration, certificate of compliance and other regulatory documents
· Prepare and release RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, California Proposition, TSCA, EU MDR and any other applicable declarations based on information collected.
· Maintain traceable records on product compliance.
· Complete and manage Customer Questionnaires in a timely manner.
· Stay current with applicable standards, skills and trends in regulatory compliance
· Collaborate with other departments to develop, implement controls and improvements to product compliance and regulatory requirements.
· Administer Service Calls, ensuring root cause, corrective and preventative actions are documented and followed through as required.
· To aid the maintenance of the QMS, recommending improvements and continuous improvement activities.
· Actively promote CI within the business and the team.
· Actively participate in relevant Kaizen events to promote Continuous Improvement.
Required Job Skills:
· Knowledge and/or experience of Product Compliance i.e. RoHS/REACH
· Willingness to complete essential repetitive tasks
· Troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
· Experience with SAP preferable but not essential.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
