Summary
We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team at Calex, working within our Stellantis contract. This role will be based in the UK and is crucial for ensuring our compliance with regulatory standards while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional training and recruitment services. The Compliance Officer will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with established standards.
- Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on company operations.
- Prepare regulatory reports and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters to staff.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, finance, business).
