Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients within the financial services sector. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills in order to manage client interactions effectively.
Orton Financial is a mortgage brokerage, working with clients all over the world. You will be required to provide support to client-related business operations.
The role is offered on a part time basis, with a negotiable start time between 08:15 and 09:00. The expected number of hours per day is 5-6, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
The hourly rate is £12.60, with a discretionary performance related bonus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Answering the phone to new and existing clients.
- Utilise our CRM to track client interactions and maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations that highlight service performance and client satisfaction levels.
Experience
- Previous experience in a client services role, preferably but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
