Main purpose of the job:
This is a key role in the growth of STALSEN. The main purpose is to maintain and grow existing and new relationships with a specific customer base in the UK.
A brief overview of the role:
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with all customer stakeholders
- Responsible for achieving sales targets with selected customers
- Plan and action a growth strategy for selected customers
- On board new customers to help plan and action the roll out phase
- Look for opportunities to cross-sell with other gloves
- Log all opportunities and communication on CRM and track accordingly
- Set-up new contacts in CRM when communicated with
- Participate in sales meetings and relevant regional focus meetings
- Communicate sample requests and confirm once delivered
- Deliver the STALSEN brand experience in all communication
- Attend site visits and customer events
- Deliver on KPI’s
