We’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of Energy Hair, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, five-star experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave—while also supporting our salon with a small but important marketing role.

The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our front-of-house operations, ensuring the salon runs efficiently and that every client feels seen, cared for, and remembered. You’ll also play a hands-on part in keeping our clients informed and engaged through occasional marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Coordination
- Greet clients by name with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensure every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and valued.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and politely.
- Manage client check-ins, payments, and re-bookings.
- Maintain accurate appointment schedules and keep stylist columns running smoothly.
- Keep the reception and waiting areas immaculate at all times.
Proactive Support
- Anticipate needs, spot opportunities to enhance the client experience, and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
- Assist with in-salon events and special occasions.
Marketing & Communication
- Send promotional emails and text campaigns to clients.
- Update social media channels with news, features, and salon updates.
- Keep website and client-facing content accurate and engaging.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
