As a Client Accounts Manager, you are responsible for managing and processing all the financial accounts for the landlords and tenants of a portfolio of properties. From the initial landlords’ terms, to processing new deals and receiving and paying invoices you provide a trusted service to our clients.
Location: North ActonHours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Process tenant rent payments to landlords.
- Process contractor payments.
- Ensuring that all paperwork files for Lettings Accounts are kept up to date.
- Paying invoices as required.
- Reconciliation of Clients Accounts.
- Processing and paying tenants deposit refunds.
- Producing landlord and tenant statements as required.
- Processing landlords’ terms and conditions and ensuring landlords are correctly set up.
- Ensuring landlords non-resident landlord status is correctly listed.
- Assist internal departments with client account queries.
- Bank Reconciliation.
Skills
- Knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the property industry an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy and genuine persona.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Excellent communicator, verbally, written, and face to face, with a smart, cheerful, and professional appearance.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
