Chiropractic Assistant and Support Role
The role includes being part of our existing front of house team by booking appointments, answering the phone, and delivering great customer service to our patients daily + supporting our clinical team with diary management & patient note taking. The role also includes marketing calls and following up customer queries. We offer a full in-house coaching programme to get you up to speed + a fun working environment, in a lovely barn building, with constant learning, progress and a lot of opportunities for personal growth.
Roles include:
- Leading and assisting our front desk team
- Helping patients with payments & their schedules
- Managing practitioners diaries
- Answering inbound calls
- Lead follow-up calls for new patient bookings
- Ad-hoc administration tasks
- Actively assisting patients and team in the welcome area and practitioners rooms
- Front desk cover for holidays (must be flexible)
- Promotional events support and overtime opportunities

Our shifts are on a fixed fortnightly cycle :
Week 1:
- Monday, Wed, Fri 7.30-13.30pm
- Tues, Thurs 13.30 -20.15pm
Week 2:
- Monday, Wed, 13.30-20.15pm
- Tues, Thurs 7.30-13.30pm
- Friday 12:30 – 18:45pm
Candidates must:
- Be able to work the above shift pattern
- Have a full UK driving license
- Be passionate about helping people
- Having amazing telephone manners & excellent communication
- Have computer experience
- Be highly organisational skills
- Be eager to learn
- Have high energy
- Be available and flexible to cover shifts for holidays
- Be available some weekends to help with community events (notice is give in advance)
