Roles includes:
1) Inspired Health Chiropractic Clinic Business Support and Front Desk Support: We offer chiropractic care and sports therapy to over 500 patients per week
Supporting the Centre Manager with Business Tasks
- Stats, data analysis, reports and reconciliation
Front desk team cover during our busy periods and holidays
- Meeting and greeting patients, answering the phones, helping patients with payments & their schedules, diary management, assisting patients and team on shift (Full Front desk training provided)
Overflow management of inbound calls
- Lead follow-up calls for new patient bookings
Ad-hoc administration tasks
Promotional events support and overtime opportunities
- Above all – must providing amazing customer service
2) Wellbeing Revolution Chiropractic Coaching Business:
We help over 50 chiropractic clinics grow their practices.
Client Success Role:
Client Onboarding and Support:
- Ensure client onboarding is completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their journey.
- Help clients find necessary documents and resources.
Proactive Client Management:
- Book and conduct regular client success meetings (monthly, 30-minute meetings).
- Support clients in achieving their key objectives ("rocks").
- Monitor client attendance and engagement in live events and calls.
- Check in with clients daily via Slack and respond to inquiries promptly.
Event and Engagement Management
- Ensure clients are aware of and booked onto relevant live events, addressing any booking needs.
- Attend Live Coaching Events
Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both internal processes and client-facing guidance, as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Connect clients with other Wellbeing Revolution teams, including Marketing and Clinic Convert, to ensure seamless support and access to relevant resources.
Performance Monitoring and Feedback:
- Gather client feedback on wins, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with clients to identify and implement solutions to challenges.
- Track and measure client results and progress.

Candidates must:
- Have a full UK driving license,
- Be passionate about helping people
- Having amazing telephone manner
- Have computer experience and be very organised
- Have excellent communication & organisational skills
- Be eager to learn - this is a high growth opportunity

- Be available and flexible to cover shifts (07:30 – 13:30 & 13:30 – 20:15)
- Be available to work on zoom the first 2 Tuesday evenings of the month from 19:30-21:00.
- Be available some weekends to help take us out in the local community and attend events
