We require an enthusiastic Childcare Playworker to join our team.
Responsibilities will be:
- To ensure the health and safety of children attending
- Adhere to policies and procedures of the out of school club and regulatory bodies
- Allow children to develop through play without prejudice to creed or ethnicity
- Prepare breakfast and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Keep accurate records of children attending the setting
- Pick up and drop off children from/to their schools
- Complete relevant paperwork
A driving licence would be preferred but not essential.
Qualifications - minimum SVQ Level 2 in Playwork or Social Services (Children and Young People) or equivalent. We will consider applicants who wish to work towards a qualification.
