To be successful in this position you will need be aged 16-19 , love children, enjoy getting messy with them, helping them to learn new skills, support their emotional development and much more. This is a position that will never have two days the same but every day will have fun and laughter. You will be enrolled on a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare course depending on your current experience and supported during your training. For safer recruitment you will need to be able to provide two references and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
