Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Location: Moorhill House Hotel, Burley, New Forest
Salary: £32,500 per year
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week including evenings and weekends

Moorhill House Hotel is a newly refurbished 35-bedroom country retreat reopening in the heart of the New Forest in June 2025. Our food offering focuses on modern British dishes using local, seasonal produce — beautifully cooked and thoughtfully presented.
The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and driven Chef de Partie to join our opening kitchen team. You’ll take responsibility for your section, support junior staff, and help deliver consistent, high-quality food across our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run your section with confidence and consistency
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Support the Sous and Head Chef with menu development and daily operations
- Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Help mentor and guide junior chefs and commis

- Proven experience as a CDP in a quality kitchen
- A passion for fresh ingredients and well-executed food
- Strong communication and time management skills
