The Role:
To provide flexible, casual support to the Women’s and Academy kit operations, ensuring players and staff have the necessary kit, equipment, and resources for training, matches, and tours.

The Role:
To provide flexible, casual support to the Women’s and Academy kit operations, ensuring players and staff have the necessary kit, equipment, and resources for training, matches, and tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kit Lead with the running of the Women’s and Academy kit and laundry department, including laundry of match and training kit, attire, and equipment.
- Help organise and pack all required kit for the Women’s First Team, WU21, and Academy teams for daily training, matches, tours, and events.
- Be the main point of contact for the WU21 and Academy teams’ kit requirements.
- Attend all WU21 and relevant Academy home matches, and potentially travel for away fixtures as needed.
- Provide cover for the Women’s First Team Kit Lead when required.
- Assist with printing and distribution of all training, match, and tour kit across the Women’s and Academy departments.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by the Women’s & Academy Kit Lead.
- Support the wider Kit Team when required.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
- Flexible and committed to the demands of the role, including occasional travel, evening and weekend work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Hold a current, valid driving licence.
