We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Team Leader to oversee our cleaning operations. Duties

- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests regarding cleaning services while onsite.
- Support with coordinating schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet operational needs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all materials are stocked and in good condition.
- Work closely with the management team to develop new cleans and innovations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the cleaning industry or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence and your own vehicle is essential for transporting team members or equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings as needed.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
