Kit cutter late shift
We are currently recruiting for an individual to join our late Shift Kit-Cutting team at our Wellingborough site. The will be our late shift, consisting of 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Kit-Cutting and Laminating Supervisor you will be cutting scheduled kits for laminating using a cnc machine, ensuring 100% plan adherence, and the highest level of quality produced on a day-to-day basis.
This role is responsible for ensuring customer needs are met, the correct quality standards of work and the departmental resources are managed effectively throughout the late-shift.

Key Operational Responsibilities:
- Managing the workload throughout the late-shift and making sure the work requirements are met.
- Cutting material and making sure it is ready for the day shift Laminators.
- Responsible for ensuring equipment is well checked, maintained and serviced according to the company policy, any issues to be rectified immediately and escalated as required.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and admin is completed in a timely manner.
- Liaise with kit cutting and Laminating supervisor to ensure smooth production of current and future work.
- Ensure that any resource/material shortage is reported to the kit cutting and laminating supervisor.
Quality and Standards
- Responsible for ensuring all work is always completed to the correct quality standard for the company and the customers.
- Ensure cutting machine is in good working condition and faults are immediately reported
- Escalating any issues arising in relation to kits.
