The Person
The ideal candidate should be positive, good-humoured, able to work under pressure, motivated, ambitious, confident, and willing to learn and improve. A bit of competitiveness is also beneficial.
Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. If you show determination and a willingness to learn, we will provide the necessary training.

Join our energetic and friendly office environment as part of our enthusiastic sales team. You'll sell advertisement space via phone and email across our digital products. Working together benefits our customers, businesses, and employees. Your role involves making outbound calls to maximize sales by explaining the benefits of advertising and meeting specified targets for both quantity and quality.
·Contacting companies to explain the benefits of advertising with us.
·Creating long lasting professional relationships with businesses of all types of industry, there’s always something/someone new!
·Selling tailored advertisement/market solutions to meet current + future business needs.
·Help come up with ideas for features and new products to help ensure advertisers get the best possible outcome on their advertisements.
·Taking incoming calls + accepting payments.
·Maintaining your customer database and follow up by making subsequent sales pitches, as well as maintaining and expanding existing deals for additional advertisement/marketing solutions.
·Meet sales targets and minimum standards on a monthly basis.
·Focus on friendly and helpful customer service.
