Bakery Assistant to work in a busy little bakery in Bedminster.
We are ideally looking for someone who can take on the role of producing all our in house cakes to our recipes as well as bespoke products to order as well as occasionally assisting the head baker with bread during busy periods.
Ideally you would be organised and able to multi task and finds things to do during quiet times as well as being able to jump in and serve if needed but very occasionally.
Hours - At the moment we are flexible with the hours worked but ideally in the afternoon from 10.00 or 12.00 till close 3 days a week with the potential to be full time in the future however for the right person we can be flexible on working hours.
This shift starts late morning and finishes at approx 4.30 pm . It Would be advantageous if you had baking experience and are flexible on working hours if needed.
Full training will be given.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English and basic maths
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience preferred in a similar role.
