We are a small artisan bakery using only traditional methods of bread making and we're seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our small team.
- We are looking for a passionate baker with at least one year of experience in making bread.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- You will be asked to demonstrate your skills in preparing ingredients, mixing, handling (weighing, stretching, shaping) dough, and baking.
- Experience with pastry, doughnuts, and other sweets would be a significant advantage.
- This is a full-time position from Sunday to Saturday with rotated days off with both day and night shifts; the specific hours need to be confirmed.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Baker - at least one year
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the bakery
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, nights or afternoons as required by the business needs.
