You will have proven hospitality experience and looking for the next challenge or have supervisor experience. Ideally you will be Barista trained, but previous experience in a busy cafe environment or similar is essential.
You will be able to work quickly with competence and initiative. Pick up the job role quickly in order to work in a supervisory position. General front of house duties, serving, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, re-stocking, general cleaning duties. Full training is given, including Barista training.
Reliability, punctuality, team work and honesty with great personal presentation are a must.

Qualifications Required
- Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (this can be obtained once offered the position - cost to employee £24 online course)
- First Aid at Work (this qualification will be paid for by the company once offered the position)
Main Job responsibilities
- To independently open and close the café, including cashing up daily sales.
- To assist the assistant manager with the daily running of the café
- To help manage and motivate the team.
- Preparing food and drinks, serving on the till and coffee machine.
- To carefully prepare any food and drinks for customers with dietary requirements, following all safety procedures.
- To observe and work strictly to all hygiene and health and safety regulations, filling in any relevant paperwork required.
- Handling customer enquiries and passing any complaints on to the Supervisor/Manager
- Greeting and advising customers
- To clean to a high standard
- To place daily orders with suppliers
- To ensure all deliveries are put away quickly and efficiently.

We have an Assistant manager and usually two supervisors who work alongside each other. For example if you told us your were creative and artistic, we may ask you to look after the Socials, board writing and Special drinks etc

Must be able to work weekends in order to create a lovely balance for all senior staff to be able to have booked weekends off without the worry of the business suffering.
