Here at Out of Bounds, we are currently recruiting for an experienced hands-on Café Leader who can motivate, train and positively engage the team in the Café.
You will be responsible for assisting the Front of House of the Café; ensuring correct processes are followed and adhered to by the team consistently, whilst ensuring that customers remain top priority with the highest standard of service continually delivered.
If you have a proven track record as an experienced leader within a Café / Restaurant environment and are professional, out-going, organised and possess a passion for success then we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to manage stock control
- Be confident to organise, comply with and keep up to date all compliance-based records
- Be able to follow, maintain and demonstrate high standards of food safety
- Be confident and experienced to follow and adhere to all rules of Health and Safety
- Have a minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene, further training can be provided.
- Have at least 2 years Food & Catering experience at a supervisory level.
- Have previous Barista training and experience
- Possess the ability to successfully delegate, lead and motivate the team with confidence.
- Be 18 years of age or above
- Regular weekend work required
- Be a proactive multitasker to ensure efficient service.
- Able to managed other staff member, to relevant tasks and standard.
