We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Café Supervisor to help lead our busy, welcoming café. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support and motivate the team, and ensure that our café maintains the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise food and drink preparation, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies, keeping costs under control.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives to grow sales and customer engagement.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the café.

Skills & Experience
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality, ideally in a café.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care.
- Good knowledge of food service and preparation; barista.
- Highly organised, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
