As a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for assembling bespoke furniture, including drawer boxes, and preparing kitchen units for fitting onsite. You’ll work closely with our production team to ensure every piece meets our exacting standards before leaving the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble bespoke cabinets, drawer boxes, and other furniture components
- Prepare kitchen units for installation by our fitting teams
- Work from technical drawings and cutting lists
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely production and delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in cabinet making or bench joinery
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient with woodworking tools and machinery
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of modern cabinetry techniques and materials is a plus
