What you’ll be doing……
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of vital compliance services, making sure our inspections and maintenance keep people safe and homes running smoothly. Key things you’ll be working on include:
- Coordinating inspections and servicing for solar panels, lightning protection, playgrounds, and other building services
- Managing the service schedule and working with contractors and in-house teams to keep everything on track
- Making sure remedial works are completed quickly and to a high standard
- Keeping our asset management system fully updated with service schedules and certificates
- Working closely with teams across PA Housing to share best practice and improve services
- Taking care of admin like payment requests, valuations, and compliance reporting
- Building positive relationships with residents and contractors, helping resolve queries and issues
- Making sure we meet all our safety and compliance obligations (including Building Regs, ACoPs, and British Standards)
What we’re looking for:
- HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Good knowledge of Building Services and compliance regimes
- Experience working in a housing association or similar environment
- Familiarity with solar PV systems would be a bonus
- Solid understanding of health and safety and property maintenance
- Comfortable working with asset management systems and IT
- Experience working with external contractors and suppliers
- A positive, proactive approach and great attention to detail
