Plant Coordinator (Service and Maintenance)
Job type: Hybrid (3 days in the Skipton office)

The Plant Coordinator (Service & Maintenance) is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of plant and fleet assets, ensuring all equipment and vehicles are serviced, maintained, inspected, and tested in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient use of plant and fleet resources across the business.
As a Plant Coordinator (Service and Maintenance) you will:
- Oversee the lifecycle of plant and fleet assets from acquisition to disposal.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance whilst maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain adherence to JNB minimum plant standards and legal regulations.
- Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions where required
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure planned servicing, unplanned maintenance, testing and inspections are carried out to a high standard.
- Monitor usage, fuel, damage, loss and overall spend across the fleet.
- Use data to identify efficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement

- Familiarity of plant and fleet maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in asset management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of plant operations and fleet compliance.
