Booker – Photography Studio (North London)
We are a professional makeover photography studio based in North London, and we’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and driven Booker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our client base by following up on warm leads and turning inquiries into confirmed bookings.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll represent our studio with professionalism and warmth. Your main focus will be reaching out to leads, engaging them in conversation, and securing bookings. Previous experience in sales—especially in photography or a related industry—is an advantage, but not essential, as we provide full training to help you succeed.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, personable, and eager to be part of a supportive, creative team with opportunities for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up on warm leads via phone and other communication channels.
- Build rapport with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Keep our client database up to date, recording all communications and follow-ups.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and highlight the value we offer.
- Coordinate with the studio team to ensure smooth scheduling and client satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent customer service from first contact through to booking.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly booking targets, contributing to studio growth.
Skills & Experience
- Confident, professional, and friendly phone manner.
- Sales experience (especially with warm leads) is highly desirable; photography industry experience is a big plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Availability for 2–3 days per week with flexible scheduling.
