We are make over photography studio based in North London. We're seeking a dedicated, friendly, and enthusiastic Booker to join our team and help grow our client base by following up on leads.
Position Overview:
As a Booker, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for reaching out to warm leads, engaging them, and converting them into bookings. Your role will require a professional and personable manner to represent the studio positively and ensure a high level of customer service. If you have experience in sales, particularly within photography or similar industries, it will be an added advantage. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in this role. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enjoys working as part of a team, and is interested in long-term growth with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to and follow up on warm leads provided by the studio, through phone calls or other communication channels.
- Engage potential clients in a friendly, professional manner and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain and update a client database, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up appropriately.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our photography services, showcasing the studio’s value and expertise.
- Work closely with the studio team to coordinate schedules and ensure client needs are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client, from the first interaction through to booking.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly booking goals, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional-sounding phone manner.
- Experience in sales, especially in converting warm leads, is a plus (photography sales experience is highly desirable).
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated to achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
- Must be available 2-3 days a week, with flexibility in scheduling.
