Summary
We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Prestige Hair Beauty & Nails in South London. This role is vital in delivering exceptional beauty treatments and ensuring customer satisfaction, contributing directly to our mission of providing high-quality services.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including Eyebrow Shaping, Face & Body waxing, facials and other Beauty Treatments
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform various beauty treatments effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
